01 / CHECK IN
KEN-GO / PERSONAL HEALTH LAB
Observe your health.
Learn what helps.
Sleep, activity, recovery and your mind. Turn observations into a small next step.
02 / YOUR NEXT STEP
Today’s next step
One small step is enough. Choosing rest counts, too.
DAILY PROTOCOL
Your daily routine
Keep your records on this device
Your check-ins and journal stay in this browser. No account or ads. Records do not transfer automatically to another device or browser; export them from Data when needed.
A MOMENT OF SPACE
Notice your natural breathing
Find a comfortable posture. You can keep your eyes open. Notice your breath coming and going without changing it. When thoughts arise, notice “thinking” and gently return.
You can stop at any time.
When it feels difficult, look outward
Stop if meditation increases anxiety or a sense of unreality. You might notice three things in the room, feel your feet on the ground, or speak with someone you trust.
Words of kindness
“May I feel safe and at ease.
May the people around me feel safe and at ease.”
You do not need to use these words if they do not feel right.
NOTICE / UNDERSTAND / LET GO
A journal without rushed conclusions
MEASURE / OBSERVE / ADAPT
Health records
Leave unmeasured values blank. A higher or lower number alone does not tell us whether your health is better or worse.
Trends over the past 30 days
View values by date
Supports CSV files from the Apple Health Mac converter, with a preview before import. Calendar-day sleep totals differ from manually entered “last night” sleep; check the measurement notes. Changes in devices or measurement conditions can make comparisons less meaningful.
YOUR OWN RHYTHM
Look back over the past 7 days
Your worth does not depend on a score or an unbroken streak.
ONE CHANGE AT A TIME
Small habit experiments
Choose one change and record it under consistent conditions. Before-and-after differences are clues, not proof of an effect.
Carefully explore the basics
Finish work before bedtime, break up prolonged sitting, or make meal preparation easier. Start with practical changes you can sustain.
How to read comparisons
Compare the 7 days before the start with the experiment period. Missing days are excluded, and the number of recorded days is shown. Seasons, illness, work and device changes can also affect values.
Do not use this tool to experiment with medication or supplement doses, or extreme dietary restriction. Discuss those changes with a qualified professional.

WORK WITH YOUR BODY
Breaks while working on your Mac
Create pauses to break up prolonged sitting. The default is 30 minutes; that interval does not guarantee a health benefit.
Runs while this page is open. Notifications cannot be guaranteed while your Mac is asleep.
Ideas for a break
Change to a comfortable posture. Look into the distance. Stand and walk a little if you can. Notice how your eyes, shoulders and back feel.
Browser notifications are used only after you select “Enable notifications” and grant permission. The app does not control your Mac or monitor your work.
Make it easy to open
In Safari, choose File → Add to Dock. In Chrome, look for Cast, save, and share → Install page as app to open it in its own window.
PLAN YOUR RHYTHM
Plan the next 7 days
Choose times that fit your life and save a file you can import into Calendar on your Mac.
The default times are examples to edit. No alerts are added. You decide whether to import the file into your calendar.
LOCAL TOOLS / OPEN SOURCE
Work with health data on your Mac
Apple Health → daily CSV
In the iPhone Health app, choose “Export All Health Data.” The Mac converter summarizes sleep, steps, exercise, resting heart rate, weight and HRV into a CSV you can import in Data.
This is a manual import. The XML is processed on your Mac without sending it to an external service.
Put your daily rhythm in Calendar
Create an ICS file for a chosen date range with wake-up, activity and end-of-work events. Import it manually into Apple Calendar or another calendar. The events remain there while your Mac sleeps.
The tools run with Python 3. The consultation report includes the past 30 days of records and measurement conditions. It does not provide a diagnosis or calculate biological age.
A personal lab for a healthier life
For people who want to track habits and measurements carefully, as Bryan Johnson does. Observation and consistency can be useful examples. Personal experiences and product claims should be distinguished from evidence of general benefits.
Build on daily habits and prevention
Bring together activity, nutrition, sleep, mental health and appropriate medical care.
NIH / NIA: Healthy agingBryan’s published protocol
Detailed accounts of sleep and activity. Read these as a description of his own practices and commercial information.
Bryan Johnson: ProtocolThere is no established method for immortality. An app cannot determine whether someone is “the healthiest” or has attained enlightenment. Ken-go helps you make space for rest, activity, awareness and kindness. Spiritual exploration and medical health are distinct questions.
Start with everyday life
Care for your sleep rhythm, manageable activity, meals and relationships. WHO guidance for adults includes 150–300 minutes of moderate activity per week, but this app does not impose a universal target. Adapt activity to your health and any medical conditions.
Meditation as a brief, optional practice
Meditation may help with stress, but effects vary and unpleasant experiences have been reported. It is not a substitute for treatment; stop if it becomes distressing. We do not recommend fasting, sleep restriction, hyperventilation or prolonged intensive practice.

When you need support
If severe distress persists, contact a health professional or someone you trust. If your immediate safety is at risk, call local emergency services. In Japan, call 119 for an ambulance or 110 for police.
Use it on Android
Open this page in Chrome and choose “Add to Home screen” or “Install app” from the menu. After loading it once, you can use it offline. This is a web app (PWA), not a native app distributed through Google Play.
Understanding your numbers
HRV and heart rate vary with devices, measurement times and your condition. Use them to observe your own records under consistent conditions. Discuss concerning symptoms or readings with a health professional.
Open source
You can adapt the app under the MIT license. Source code and instructions. There is no feature that sends your records to a server. Local records are not encrypted and are stored in an area accessible to scripts on the same Toriumis.com origin. Take care on shared devices and when using browser extensions. Hosting services may retain standard access logs.
